Hi, I’m Donna

After homeschooling my four boys through their early elementary years, I became a school teacher. I taught third grade for 14 years at a Christian school where I loved helping my students grow spiritually as well as academically. During those years I often created my own classroom materials to make my lessons more engaging, meaningful, and centered on biblical truth.

I’ve retired from the classroom, but I still enjoy creating faith-centered materials to support and encourage Christian educators and families like you. This is how Designs by Donna was born!

My goal is to provide material that is full of God’s truth, fun, and engaging for students. Tools that can be used at home, in the classroom, or at church.

The hard work and long hours you put into being a great teacher, whether you are in a classroom or at home, are making an immeasurable impact on your students. I want to make your job easier by providing the high-quality resources you need.

When I’m not creating on my laptop, you can find me browsing the clearance section of the children’s bookstore or spending time with my husband and our four adult sons and their growing families.
